I had a one-on-one Bufo experience with Solete, and I want others to know that she is safe, present, and deeply respectful of the process. There was never a moment where I felt rushed, unsafe, or unsupported… Solete allowed it to unfold without imposing interpretations or pressure.

She is a very competent shaman: years living with a traditional guru in India, over 10 years of apprenticeship in the Amazon with master plants and Shipibo lineage, and years of isolation diets. The real magic was Solete's presence: grounded, compassionate.

As a single woman seeking a space where I could genuinely feel safe, seen, and supported, my experience was transformative. There was an immediate understanding that this was a judgment-free zone… I left the session feeling lighter, more grounded, and reconnected to myself.

There are a lot of people that sell you an “experience”, she is the genuine Shaman and healer. We have worked with others in the past, and she is the only one we will work with in the future.

I wanted one form of healing, she suggested another before. She already knew… I trusted her and went with her guidance. Sole knows what you need more than you do yourself.

She sat with me for the better part of an hour, describing the medicine and how it works… I realize with such great clarity now, just how important it is to choose your guide. Without the safety and trust there, letting go can be very difficult.

This was an intense but deeply grounding experience with bufo that brought me into my body rather than out of it. It brought me home.
